This April, I will be embarking on a new and exciting phase in my career, opening my own art gallery to showcase my work – along with the work of other local artists in Asheville and surrounding Western North Carolina counties.
Tree of Life Art Gallery + Studios, located in Marshall, just under 20 minutes from downtown Asheville, will join the wave of artists and galleries leaving the crowded arena of the more metropolitan spaces downtown, to the smaller, more personal towns nestled just around Asheville. We are located on an easily accessible road on the way from Asheville to Hot Springs, a resort town just north of us, in a unique building built from various types of quartz, including rose, milky, and citrine quartz, all mined nearby.
Inside, galleries feature art from the resident artist (me) and various local artists who have been selected for their talents and view on the natural world.
Tree of Life represents work that showcases nature in all its forms. The natural world evokes a spiritual connection to every living being. Art featuring the natural world provides a relaxing and calming energy to the room where it is displayed. Paintings, ceramics, sculptures, and other art forms are likely to be part of the gallery.
Tree of Life will open for business on March 30, 2020 at 10:00 am. Its Grand Opening Celebration will be Saturday, April 4, 2020 from 6-9 pm. Please follow our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/treeoflifeartgallery or our website at www.treeoflifeartgallery.com for more information. Conversely, you can contact us by phone at 828.649.8424 with any questions or comments you may have.
If you’d like to discuss featuring your art in the gallery, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with examples of your work or for more information. I can provide flexible arrangements that can benefit the artist as compared to other galleries, and would love to talk about how we can represent your work in the best way.
I look forward to this next phase of business and hope to see you in our future!
